Dornbracht plans
'to lift showering to a
totally new level'
German superyacht shower
innovator Dornbracht is exhibiting
its Vertical Shower and Deque ATT products at MYS 2012
Dornbracht, the creator of innovative designer bathroom fittings and accessories for superyachts plans to take "showering to a totally new level" at this year's Monaco Yacht Show (MYS).
The Iserlohn, Germany-based company will be exhibiting its Vertical Shower ATT (which stands for Ambiance Tuning Technique) and famous Deque ATT products.
Matthias Voit of Dornbracht, said he is excited about showing-off Dornbracht's products at MYS 2012, which he calls the company's "number one venue."
"Monaco and the yacht show stand alone in the superyacht world. Presently, no other venue comes even close to the importance and impact this show has every fall," he told Yachting Pages.
"With design, owners and suppliers coming together here once a year, it creates a climate of meeting friends more than just business partners. Still, this is the place for the professionals to go and visit, which in return makes it perfect for Dornbracht."
Matthias described Dornbracht's main goal, "The challenge is to constantly move forward, to always try, and keep on track."
Dornbracht's innovate ATT design will be a key part of presenting its new portfolio at MYS 2012. ATT improves how shower users can control the direction, volume and temperatures of the water via different outlet points.
Matthias said, "ATT is an experience, a minimalist way to lift mere showering to a totally new level. Control is fully electronic, a convenience provided by new innovative technologies."
Visitors at MYS 2012 can also view Dornbracht's well-known Deque ATT product. Matthias describes it as, "A faucet comprising pure geometry, a square and a circle, almost flat. Water plays the biggest part here, being divided into single beams, soft and shiny. It is aptly called the pearl stream."
With a variety of new products on show, Matthias is looking forward to Monaco: "At Dornbracht, we see ourselves as a tool, albeit a very valuable
one. So the days in Monaco have to prove to us that we have created the
right designs.
"Happily, up to now, the answer we have brought back from Monaco has always been a reassuring 'Yes'!"
